Mowry's Fruit Farm is a family owned and operated business. The farm has been in the Mowry family for over 54 years. We are located approximately 4 miles east of downtown Crown Point and approximately 45 minutes southeast of Chicago.
The orchard was started in 1979. In addition to apples we also have pears and honey from our bee hives. Our orchard is a U-Pick operation which means you can come to the orchard and pick your own apples; to guarantee you the freshness you deserve. We do not have already picked apples.
If you are looking for a relaxing, real farm experience, without chaos, then Mowry's Furit Farm is the place for you.
We are open mid August through October 31st.
